Our SACA Personal Development Managers (PDMs)are qualified professionals appointed in each Province dedicated to supporting the holistic success of our cricketers. The PDMs work closely with all SACA members, including those recently out of contract, to develop and execute an Individual Personal Development Plan (PDP). Their core focus is to ensure players become all-rounders in life, equipping them with the skills and support they need to succeed both on and off the field.
